The breakfast is very complete and with different variables for varied tastes. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help in any way they can. The rooms are complete, comfortable and very clean. There is a concern to always give the best service to the guest. The recommendations of tourism and places to eat are very good. The hotel restaurant is good, with accessible prices and varied, recommended for dinner if you do not want to leave the hotel to rest.
beds are orthopedic, so it might be uncomfortable for some travelers looking for a lot of comfort. hotel is not far from the center, it is a walk of about 6 blocks. Courtesy transportation from the hotel is one way, schedules for transportation from the hotel to the airport are limited (a taxi costs about S/ 30). Not all the rooms have heating (it is not so necessary either, it is important to know this)

This hotel in Arequipa is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, being very close to the historical center but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff here are top-notch - they speak good English, are efficient, and very friendly. The attention to detail is impressive, with good Wi-Fi in the rooms and basic amenities provided. The rooms on a higher level offer great views of the surroundings. I also had a wonderful breakfast here, with a good variety of options to choose from. One detail that stood out from the reviews was the hotel's restaurant. Although I didn't have dinner there, I appreciated that they had a good meal option for tired guests like me.
All was ok, no complaints.

I recently had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Arequipa. the location was fantastic. It was very close to the center of town, so everything was within easy walking distance. The friendly staff provided great service, and they were always willing to help out with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good attention to detail. I especially loved the drink options available on the lovely rooftop terrace. It offered stunning views of the surrounding area, including the snow-capped mountains. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the morning was more than enough to fill me up for the day.
All in all, I couldn't fault my stay at this hotel.

During our weekend stay, we were impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. In terms of location, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. We were within walking distance of major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Another highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which featured a variety of tasty options to suit all palates.
As much as we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that marred our experience. The first was the lack of soundproofing in our room, which meant that we could hear noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. Finally, though the room was clean and comfortable, it felt somewhat outdated and could use a bit of a refresh. however, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
